چکیده

The oxidation resistance of TiC/Ni composites is crucial for its application in high-temperature environment. in-situ are fabricated by reactive sintering method, and the influence TiC particle size on composite studied. increases from 1.54 μm to 2.40 as holding time prolongs 2 h 6 h, due dissolution-reprecipitation mechanism. kinetics with different oxidized at 800 °C 100 obeys parabolic kinetics. mass gain 7.471 mg•cm−2 8.454 mg•cm−2, oxide scale becomes thicker, μm. reduction facilitates formation a dense continuous composite, helpful restrict diffusion O, Ti Ni atoms during oxidation. Therefore, contributed optimization composites.
